Here are a couple of programs, one basic and other more complete that I use. Amounts indicated are daily unless otherwise specified.

Basic / Minimum
  • Multivitamin
  • Vitamin B 50 complex 3x daily
  • Vitamin C 1000mg 3x daily
  • Calcium/Magnesium 1000/500 mg
  • Omega 3-6-9 complex 1200mg 3x daily
  • Lecithin capsule or granules 1200mg 3x daily
  • Glutamine 2.5g (1/2 tsp) 2x daily

Note: B complex can be reduced if urine turns bright yellow

Note: If practical I would suggest more Vitamin C - in the range of 10 grams a day preferably Ester-C (i.e. ph neutral).

Complete
Primarily for their anti-oxidant value, I would suggest the above items plus the following:
  • Zinc 15mg
  • Coenzyme Q-10 30mg daily
  • Selenium 200mcg daily
  • Chromium 200mcg daily
  • Garlic 300mg 3x daily
  • Vitamin E 400IU daily
  • Turmeric 1 heaping tsp with 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice

These are just general suggestions for balanced health. If you have specific problems, vitamins may help those conditions. You should do your own research and/or consult a professional.
