As many of you are aware I have suffered a number of health issues over the past 7 years. The symptoms have included involuntary leg contractions (misdiagnosed as benign fasciculations), fatigue, inability to concentrate, extreme flucutations of energy levels (almost pre-diabetic), dry skin, red and dry eyes, sinus congestion, excessive thirst, depression, rosacea (misdiagnosed as spider nevis), tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and food allergies.
And yes for the most part it was my own fault. Poor diet, excess exercise, smoking and regular party going all took their toll. However, the diet I will blame on popular media for advocating a high carb/low fat diet. In many ways it seems so typical...your young, you get to your mid to late 30s and things start to go wrong - small at first but escalating over time.
The good news is that with proper diet, some research, a few nutritional supplements and some experimentation I corrected my issues. And so can you.
Rather than give you the long winded story of my struggle, I going to just list the symptoms and how they were corrected. So here it is:

I am glad to say that as of mid March 2006 I no longer suffer any health problems. On the contrary, my energy levels are high and I am not experiencing any of the symptoms I've listed above other than rosacea (but in a milder form).
