Chemtrails: Stop Spraying Us!

Stop spraying us you psychopaths. I'm getting tired of looking up in the skies in the morning, seeing multiple chemical spray lines in the sky then breathing in the
chemical soup that later falls to the ground. I see this 3-4 times a week now and I for one am sick of it.
In case you are unaware, the military has been conducting aerial spraying of the atmosphere since 1998. This is not a normal contrail from a jet plane that dissipates in a matter of minutes. It is a cocktail of aerosolized aluminum, barium, carbon
black and microfibres (10 microns in size) that slowly spreads over a matter of hours to completely blanket the sky with an amorphous white cloud that envelopes an area from the ground to 15-20,000 feet. This phenomenon has been reported worldwide.
Whenever you see a persistent contrail that slowly spreads, or you see a row of persistent contrails or when you see a criss crossing pattern of contrails in the sky you have been sprayed. You will notice them because they are much lower than traditional jet planes flying at 30,000 feet plus.
So, what the hell are they doing to us you ask? Well, there are a number of theories
out there but since the government isn't talking we can't know for sure.
First, it might be about weather modification. This includes anything from creating storms, creating droughts, increasing global warming or reducing it. These effects can be achieved by modifying the cocktail being used.
Second, it might be a part of
HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) which transmits high frequency energy pulses into the atmosphere. The metals being sprayed increase the conductivity of the ionosphere. So what if the metals being sprayed are extremely toxic and you get sick.
Third, it may be an attempt to save the planet from a huge upsurge in energy flooding
the solar system as evidenced by every planet in the solar system undergoing massive
changes. The theory goes that if there wasn't a massive worldwide spraying underway
we would be bombarded with so much radiation that life on earth would become extinct.

Fourth, based on military and think tank documents, it has been stated that there was a concerted effort to control the minds of the population by transmitting specific ELF signals to entire regions. I haven't done enough research here to provide more details but it wouldn't surprise me one bit since they've been working on mind control experiments since the 1960's.
Fifth, I've heard that the government is spraying chemicals on us for physiological effect. This could be to make us passive, sick, stupid, sterile or god knows what.
In all likelihood it is some combination of the above. The fact that the government isn't talking, would tend to point the real answer
away from the save the planet scenario to one more sinister.
